We are a specialized company in designing, manufacturing, and installing vacuum-formed products.
Our company was established in 2004. The main activity during this period is the technological development and execution of non-standard design projects:
- interior and exterior kiosks, cafes, outdoor establishments;
- complete interior furnishing of shops, cinemas, presentation stands;
- exterior and interior illuminated signs and advertising media.
Due to the wide variety of materials used and the different execution techniques, in 2005, our own production base and our own team for transport and installation were created with the capabilities to serve projects nationwide.
At a later stage, the company began to serve external orders in the field of advertising, interior design, and material production.
In 2007, we expanded our activity by executing orders outside Bulgaria.

Vacuum Forming
Vacuum forming is a manufacturing process where a sheet of thermoplastic is heated to become flexible, then shaped or contoured using a mold, and finally trimmed to create the final product.
Vacuum forming is a type of thermoforming that utilizes a single mold and vacuum pressure to achieve the desired geometry of the part.
There are two main types of molds - male or positive molds, which are protruding, and female or negative molds, which are recessed.
With male molds, the sheet is placed over the mold to contour the internal dimensions of the part. With female molds, the thermoplastic sheet is placed inside the mold to precisely shape the external dimensions of the part.
